摘　　要：并联机床许用工作空间的校核是通过程序判别并联机床在加工过程中是否会发生干涉,保证并联机床安全加工。以BJ-04-02(A)交叉杆型并联机床为研究对象,在杆长计算的基础上,给出并联机床许用工作空间的杆长、动铰链转角和杆间距的限制条件,用逐点校核法进行并联机床许用工作空间的校核计算,给出并联机床许用工作空间的校核计算流程,并进行了试验验证。研究表明,满足并联机床许用工作空间的杆长、动铰链转角和杆间距限制条件的刀位数据,在并联机床加工中不发生干涉。Check of allowable workspace of parallel machine tool is that the interference of parallel machine tool in processing is discriminated by the program,to ensure the safety processing of parallel machine tool.Research object is BJ-04-02 cross-legged parallel machine tool. On the basis of calculation of the bar length,limiting condition of the bar length,the around angle of moving hinge and the distance between two bars of allowable workspace of parallel machine tool is given,then the check calculation of allowable working space of parallel machine tool is produced by the point by point checking method. The check calculation process of allowable working space of parallel machine tool is given. The verification test is done. Research shows that a parallel machine tool has not interference in processing when the cutter location data meet limiting condition of the bar length,the around angle of moving hinge and the distance between two bars of allowable workspace of parallel machine tool.
