创新驱动背景下师范大学的国际化战略探索

摘　　要：作为人才培养和科技创新重要结合点的高校,在创新驱动发展战略的实施过程中起着不可替代的作用。强化创新型人才的培养已成为提升我国创新驱动发展水平的关键。在创新驱动背景下,师范大学应积极构建现代大学制度,不断加强师资队伍、创新人才培养和合作平台的国际化,发挥教师教育和深厚的人文学科的优势,为汉语国际推广作出贡献。Combining the talent cultivation with technological innovation,the higher education institutions are playing an irreplaceable role in the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents is crucial to the promotion of innovation-driven development level in our country.Under the background of innovation-driven development,the normal universities should actively build the modern university system,continually strengthen the internationalization of the construction of faculty,the cultivation of innovative talents and the cooperation platform.The normal universities should give full play to the advantage of teacher education and the humanities,thus making a contribution to the international promotion of Chinese language.
