摘 要:为了给抗车辙骨架密实型沥青混合料级配设计提供参考,基于数字图像处理技术,提出了一种能反映沥青混合料骨架状态且较为精确的VCA_(mix)(压实沥青混合料的粗集料骨架间隙率)计算方法以及骨架密实型沥青混合料骨架性能的评价指标,并对粗集料接触细观特性进行了分析.结果表明:面空隙率和接触点数量沿旋转压实试件高度的分布都不均匀,试件两端的面空隙率较大,接触点数量少,中间面空隙率较小,接触点数量多;考虑粗集料接触特性的VCA_(mix)(IMAGE)计算方法克服了经验法的误差,更加严格、合理,能更好地保证粗集料形成骨架;VCA_(mix)(IMAGE)、粗集料平均配位数与车辙深度之间有较好的相关关系,以VCA_(mix)(IMAGE)≤VCADRC(捣实状态下的粗集料松装间隙率)和粗集料平均配位数作为沥青混合料骨架性能的评价指标具有可行性.To provide reference for gradation design of anti-rutting skeleton dense structure asphalt mix- ture, the accurate calculation method of VCAmix which reflect the state of asphalt skeleton, and evaluation indexes of skeleton dense structure asphalt mixture were put forward based on digital image processing technique, meanwhile, the microscopic contact characteristics of coarse aggregate were also analyzed. The results indicate that surface air void and the number of contact point are inhomogeneously distributed along the depth of superpave gyratory compactor(SGC) specimen, in which larger surface air void and less contact points are at both ends of specimen, while smaller surface air void and more contact points in the middle of specimen. The VCAmix (IMAGE) calculation method considering coarse aggregate contact characteristics avoids the error of the empirical method. It is stricter, and more reasonable than the latter and can better ensure the formation of coarse aggregate skeleton. There is good correlation between VCAmix (IMAGE), mean coordination number of coarse aggregate and rut depth, VCAmix (IMAGE)≤VCADRC and mean coordination number of coarse aggregate could be used as the main skeleton performance evaluation indexes of asphalt mixture.
