摘　　要：基于高校科研创新团队知识共享机制,从知识特性、知识共享个体、知识共享团队层面,分析高校科研创新团队内部知识共享绩效影响因素。以江苏省高校协同创新中心为例,通过来自江苏省级、校级高校协同创新中心成员的97份有效问卷,检验研究假设,识别影响高校科研创新团队内部知识共享绩效的关键因素。研究结论表明:组织公民行为、组织承诺、知识价值、社会资本、团队带头人显著影响高校科研创新团队知识共享绩效。Based on knowledge sharing system of university scientific research innovation team, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in university scientific research innovation team from the perspectives of knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing individual and knowledge sharing team. Taking university collaborative innovation center in Jiangsu province as an example, with the 97 effective questionnaires of university collaborative innovation centers members in Jiangsu province which have been running, it tests the proposed hypothesis. It also identifies the key influence factors of knowledge sharing in university scientific research innovation team. The research results indicate that the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in university scientific research innovation team include organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, knowledge value, social capital and team leader.
