摘 要:目的调查护理管理人员岗位培训的现状及管理人员对培训的期望。方法以湖南省全体护理管理人员为研究对象,通过网络发放和回收自设问卷。结果共回收有效问卷5663份。结果显示,湖南省护理管理人员的结构质量良好,对管理岗位培训的官方要求认知充分,但仍需要接受培训,已开展的培训尚未普及所有管理人员,进一步提高受训率需要更多的人力和政策支持;在培训期望方面,管理人员希望可以理论与实践相结合,提供实用性课程并聘请与临床护理密切相关的护理专家进行授课。结论现有岗位培训模式已搭建了基本的架构,但仍需根据管理者的培训期望进行改进,以期建立系统化、常规化、形式灵活的护理管理人员培训体系。Objective To investigate the status quo and expectation of post-training of nurse managers. Methods All nurse managers from Hunan Province were investigated by internet with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Totally 5663 effective questionnaires were collected. Results showed that nurse managers in Hunan Province had good structure quality and fully understood the policy about post-training,but they still needed to be involved in post-training.To guarantee all nurse managers to attend training in time,more support ,resource and policy were needed; regarding expectation of training,nurse managers expected combination of knowledge and practice,providing practical courses,and having lessons taught by clinical nursing experts. Conclusion The current model of post-training has established basic structure,but still needs to be improved according to nurse managers' expectation in order to build systematic,conventional and flexible training model.
