摘 要:澳大利亚拥有全球一流的高等教育体系,在吸引留学生和培养工程科技人才方面成效显著。澳洲工程教育独具特色且具有很强的时代感:一是教与学模式丰富、内容更新较快;二是强化实践育人、采用完全学分制、严格的学业考核,全面改革培养过程;三是通过项目化学习强化团队合作和创新能力培养。澳大利亚工程人才培养经验对后《华盛顿协议》时代我国推进"立体式"工程教育改革具有重要启示,其中尤以强化工程实践为核心。高校应该以开放姿态接轨国际先进培养模式,不断增强工程专业的吸引力,逐步增强高等工程教育全球竞争力和话语权。Australia has the world-class higher education system, and made scored achievements in attracting students and educating engineering science and technology talents. Australian engineering education has a strong sense of many unique characteristics: the first is rich in teaching and learning mode, and content updating faster. The second is to strengthen practice education, adopt full credit system, strict academic evaluation, and reform thoroughly in cultivation process. The third is to strengthen the team cooperation and innovation ability training through the project learning. Australia engineering education gives us some important inspirations for promoting the "vertical" engineering education reform after the Washington Accord time in China, and especially strengthening the engineering practice as a core. Colleges and universities should be in line with the international advanced training mode in an open stance, strengthen appeal of engineering program, and gradually set up global competitiveness and voice of our country's higher engineering education.
