摘　　要："卓越农林人才教育培养计划"是我国为推进高等农林教育综合改革而推行的一项优秀人才培养计划。"复合应用型食品科学与工程"卓越农林人才的培养采用"3+X+Y"培养模式,突出对学生"科研创新能力"+"工程实践能力"的培养,对卓越农林人才培养过程中"双师型"师资队伍建设、导师制、校企协同育人、教学方式改革、国际化视野培养等方面开展了探索与实践。Interdisciplinary and Applied Excellent A F Talents Cultivation Plan is one of the distinction talents training plans in the comprehensive reform of China＇ s A and F education. In the system for interdisciplinary and applied excellent A F talents of food science and engineering,＂3＋X＋Y＂Model was adopted,which gives priority to the cultivation of students＇ research and innovation ability plus engineering practice ability. The present paper explored the faculty construction of double-ability teachers,tutorship system,college-enterprise collaborative education efforts,instructional reform and international perspective training in the excellent A F talents cultivation.
