摘　　要：意识形态形势的深刻变化、互联网技术的发展与普及和新时期高职院校的生源特点,给高职院校大学生思想政治工作带来了严峻挑战。在迎接挑战的过程中,高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作自身也暴露出了较为严重的问题。通过建立和完善组织、队伍、机制三大保障,构建高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作保障体系,切实加强和改进高职院校大学生思想政治工作。The profound changes ha ideological situation, development and popularization of interact technology and the characteristics of students ha higher vocational colleges in the new era have brought challenges to the ideological and political work. In the process of meeting the challenges, the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges has also revealed some serious problems. From aspects of strengthening the organizational security, force protection and mechanism security, this paper puts forward the construction of the security system of college students＇ ideological and political education work ha higher vocational colleges, so as to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students ha higher vocational colleges.
