摘 要:针对电动汽车的动力电池的发热问题,将某新型城市微型电动车及其动力电池作为研究对象,对电池模型进行了CFD发热仿真分析,同时使用该整车进行循环工况的转毂实验和电池内阻测试实验,得到电池的实际发热数据,经对比两者较吻合。研究发现:电池组的中心部位过热,主要是由于内部与外界热交换较少,电池单体间虽然有间隙,但空气的导热性较差,流通性不足。The heating problem of electric car battery was studied. A new urban mini electric car and its power battery pack were used as research objects. The CFD heating simulation was done and meanwhile, to get the battery' s actual heat data and current date, the vehicle has been tested in the drum to run the urban driving cycle, the single battery' s direct-current resistance has been tested as well. With the repeatedly revision about the model and parameters, similar results were obtained with the experimental simulation results. The result shows that there is overheating of the central portion of the battery pack, which mainly due to less internal heat exchange with the outside world, the poor thermal conductivity of the air and the insufficient flow.
