摘 要:新世纪后,随着我国基础教育课程改革的全面实施,很多传统名校与基础教育改革逐渐疏离。传统名校在师资队伍素质、校长领导水平和学校办学资源上具有明显的优势。传统名校和普通学校在教育改革中有很多共性,二者之间实际的联系也很密切,这使得传统名校发挥改革示范效应成为可能。要让传统名校发挥优势,真正参与、引领中国的基础教育改革,还需要传统名校内部成员自身努力,高校、科研院所给予专业支持,政府部门给予政策引导。Early in this century, with the tull implementation ofcurrlculum reform in oaslc eoucauon in our country, a lot of traditional elite schools have been gradually alienated from basic education reform. Traditional elite schools have advantages of reform in the quality of teachers, leadership of principals, and educational resources. Traditional elite schools and ordinary schools have much in common in education reform, and the actual link between them is very close, which makes it possible for the traditional elite schools to play a demonstration effect . To realize that, members in traditional elite schools should try their best and universities, research institutes should give professional supports, and government departments should give policy guidance to them.
