摘  要:本研究旨在了解台湾12年基础教育普通高中课程纲要之内涵,主要研究目的有:了解十二年基础教育课程纲要制定背景、目的与过程。分析新、旧课程纲要在理念、课程架构与实施要点之差异。剖析新课纲未来执行挑战与问题。汇整过去台湾普通高中教育改革之经验与相关理论,以进行比较分析,期能发现不足之处,进而参考借镜提出相关建议,致令未来发展得以更臻完善。This study was to find out the connotation of curriculum guidelines of senior high schools twelve- year basic education program in Taiwan. The purpose of this study was (a) to realize the context, purpose and process of education program; (b) to analyze the policy of education program in philosophy, curriculum framework and its key point of implementation between the old and new curriculum guidelines; (c) to analyze the future implemented effectiveness and problem of education program.By aggregating the past experience of education reform and related theories in senior high schools, and comparing and analyzing, this research aims to find some aspects of improvement and provide constructive suggestions for the better development of senior high schools.
