摘  要:[目的]探讨对从事新生儿转运工作护理人员的培训方式,以期提高护士现场急救和照护能力。[方法]对我院急诊科承担新生儿转运工作的年轻护士进行转运情景模拟培训及演练,评估培训效果。[结果]培训后护士的急救操作技能、理论知识掌握、转运综合能力及团队协助能力均较培训前明显提高。[结论]情景模拟教学法能提供高仿真的现场感,强化护士在新生儿转运工作中与医师有效合作,定期培训可以保障护士现场处理能力和照护水平的规范。Objective To probe into the training mode of nursing staff in neonatal transportation, in order to im-prove the ability of first - aid and care. Methods: The scenario simulation teaching method was applied in nurses training and exercises of young nurses in the emergency department of our hospital. The training effect was assessed. Results: The skills of first aid, theoretical knowledge, transportation capacity and team work ability of nurses were significantly improved after training compared with that before. Conclusion: Scenario simulation teaching method could provide a scene feeling of high simulation, and improve the cooperation between nurse and doctor on neonatal transportation. Regular training could ensure field treatment ability of nurses and the standardization of nursing care level.
