摘　　要：本文结合成人学习的特点,分析了慕课的优势。慕课以人为本的主体理念,使学习者在轻松愉快的非正式环境中获得知识,同时也获得合作、探究、创新的学习体验。慕课的发展,为教育均衡发展和教育公平提供了基础。本文围绕教育理念、教学组织、教学技术等方面,为进一步深化思想政治教育教学改革提供了新的思路和方法。Combined with the characteristics of adult learning, the advantages of MOOC are analyzed. The main idea of people oriented is of MOOC makes the learners to acquire knowledge in a relaxed, pleasant and informal environment. At the same time, the learners also have access to the learning experience of cooperation, exploration and innovation. The development of MOOC provides the basis for the balanced development of education and educational equity. This paper provides a new idea and method for further deepening the reform of the ideological and political education in the aspects of educational idea, teaching organization and teaching technology.
