摘  要:为实现焊接过程的自动化,提升制造企业的生产自动化水平,设计了一种基于Device Net现场总线的机器人自动焊接系统。由MOTOMAN DX100弧焊机器人、EWM交直流焊接电源和工业PC构建现场总线网络;机器人通过总线控制焊接电源动作,并实时设定焊接过程工艺参数;采用基于工业PC的监控系统进行焊机工作状态的监控和焊接参数的实时采集与存储。应用结果表明,该系统操作简单、稳定性好,具有一定的推广价值。In order to realize the automation of welding process, and to promote the automation level of manufacturing enterprises, a kind of robot automatic welding system based on DeviceNet fieldbus is designed. The fieldbus network is constituted by MOTOMAN DX100 arc welding robot, EWM AC/DC welding power supply and industrial PC; the operation of welding power supply is controlled by the robot via the fieldbus and the technological parameters of the welding process are setup in real time; while the monitoring of operating status of welding machine and the real time acquisition and storage of the welding parameters are conducted by the monitoring system based on industrial PC. The application resultsshow that the system is simple to operate and stable in performance,which indicates that the system has some promotional value.
