摘  要:免费师范生在向教师转变过程中遇到的问题和困惑主要集中在教育理想与教育现实的落差、对教育公平的渴望、对新课程改革的排斥、对教学模式的质疑、对教师专业发展的诉求、师生关系矛盾的缓解以及各学科的具体教学问题方面。为此,在免费师范生教育硕士培养方面,大学的课程设置要基于免费师范生攻读教育硕士的实际需求,做到理论与实践相结合;要聘请有丰富一线教学经验的专家学者和特级教师加入师资队伍;国家和地方教育机构以及培养单位要对免费师范生攻读教育硕士给予物质与精神上的支持。The problems of free -charge normal students' conversion to teachers mainly focus on thefollowing aspects: the gap between their education ideal and education reality, the desire for education equality,the repelling to New Curriculum Reform, the doubt about teaching models, the appeal for teachers'professional development, the alleviation of contradiction between teachers and students, as well as the specificteaching problems of various subjects. Based on these problems, the education of free-charge normalstudents should make changes as follows: the curriculum arrangement should suit for the real demands offree -charge normal students' further master study; the theory and practice should be connected together;the university should invite education experts and excellent teachers who have adequate teaching experienceto the whole education faculty; and national and local relative education departments should support thefree-charge normal students' further master study in material and spiritual aspects.
