高职涉农专业创业教育模式研究——以园艺技术专业为例

摘　　要：笔者以高职园艺技术专业为载体,基于浙江省农业行业自主创业环境和涉农专业大学生自身特点,结合多年研究与实践,提出了构建农业自主创业教育模式的基本原则,树立了创业教育的目标,归纳出了能够有效促进高职涉农专业大学生农业自主创业率的创业教育模式,即面向农业行业,扎根农业产业,整合多方资源,实施双层次多平台创业教育模式,进而从创业意识模块、创业素质模块、创业能力模块和创业教育实践模块细分了创业课程体系构建的内容。Taking horticulture technology major in vocational school as carrier,based on self-employment environment and college students’ characteristics of agricultural majors in Zhejiang Province,combining with several years research and practice,the basic principle for constructing entrepreneurship education model was proposed. The objectives were established,the entrepreneurship education model which can effectively promote self-employment rate of college students of agricultural majors in vocational school,namely agriculture oriented industry,rooted in agricultural industry,integrated multi resources,implementation of the dual level multi platform entrepreneurship education model. The content of the entrepreneurial curriculum system included entrepreneurial consciousness module,entrepreneurial quality module,entrepreneurial ability module and entrepreneurship education practice module.
