摘 要:工程素质与能力是工程实践工作对化工工程师和从事相关专业工作的技术人员提出的基本要求,也是工程技术人员必须具备的重要能力之一。根据"卓越工程师教育培养计划"这一高等工程教育改革项目和工程教育专业认证的要求,结合化工原理课程体系工程实践性强的特点,我们在化工原理课程教学中突出工程知识的积累和工程意识的培养,在化工原理实验课程教学中侧重工程研究方法的应用及工程技能的训练,在化工原理课程设计教学中强调工程经验的应用与工程设计能力的提高。此举对学生工程意识的树立、工程知识的积累、工程方法的掌握、工程经验的形成和工程研究与设计能力的提高具有明显的效果。The engineering quality and ability are the basic requirements of engineering practice for chemi- cal engineers and technical personnel engaged in related professional work, and also are one of the impor- tant abilities of engineers and technicians. According to the requirements of the "excellent engineer educa- tion training plan', an important reform of higher engineering education, and the engineering education accreditation in China, some teaching exploration and practice are carried out in chemical engineering principles course system with strong practicality. Focus on the accumulation of engineering knowledges and the cultivation of engineering consciousness in the teaching of chemical engineering principles. Em- phasis on the application of engineering research methods and the training of engineering skills in the teaching of chemical engineering principles experiment, and aggrandizement on the application of engi-neering experience and the improvement of engineering design ability in the teaching of chemical engineer ing principles course design are all benefit to the building of engineering consciousness, accumulation of engineering knowledges, formation of engineering experience and improvement of engineering research and design ability.
