摘　　要：以广东农工商职业技术学院文秘专业速录人才培养为例,探讨了构建基于校企深度融合的速录人才培养模式和构建生动灵气的速录课程教学体系等问题,认为企业全程参与、激发学生的兴趣、正确的指法训练、多样的速度训练、良好的心理素质培养等方面,是构成一个有高技能、有专长、有高素质的优秀速录师不可或缺的因素。This text takes Guangdong AIB Polytechnic as an example of Secretarial Professional shorthand talent training,and discusses the construction based on deep integration of schools of shorthand talent training model and construct vivid Reiki shorthand course teaching system, that enterprises participate in the entire process, and stimulate students＇ interest, correct fingering training, a variety of speed training, good psychological quality aspects, are indispensable elements to cultivate an excellent stenographer.
