摘　　要：在生物化学实验教学中运用探索性实验教学模式,让学生选定实验课题作为欲解决的科学问题,并以小组为单位在教师的指导和监督下设计实验方案、进行实验操作、记录实验现象和结果,并对实验成败进行分析。从而培养医科大学生的创新能力,激发主观能动能力,提高学生的实践能力。We use the exploratory experimental teaching mode in the teaching of biochemistry experiment, make the students select experimental subject as to solve scientific problems, and design experimental plan, operate the experiment, record the experimental phenomena and results, and analyze the success or failure units in groups under the teacher’s guidance and supervision. It can cultivate the innovative ability of medical students, stimulate the ability of subjective initiative, improve the students’practical ability.
