摘 要:本文通过测试广州、成都、上海和南京等城市的地铁线路的钢轨波磨,从线路工况和扣件类型两个方面分析钢轨波磨发生机理。测试数据表明,波磨发生机理复杂,多数发生于减振轨道系统曲线段的低轨,相应锤击测试表明线路工况对钢轨波磨影响大于扣件类型的影响。数据同时表明使用谐振式浮轨扣件区域钢轨无波磨产生或降低改造前波磨。本文根据波磨测试结果和浮轨结构,提出通过钢轨中波动传播特性思路研究钢轨波磨产生机理。Rail corrugation of Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shanghai, Nanjing and other city's metro lines were tested to analyze the occurrence mechanism of the rail corrugation from aspects of line conditions and fastener type. Test data show that causes the rail corrugation are complex and the corrugation mostly happened in low rail in the curve with rail damping system. The line con- ditions have more effect than fastener types on rail corrugation according to corresponding hammering tests. Meanwhile, the data show that the rail with the tuned damper floating rail fasteners (TDF) has no corrugation, and lower level of corrugation has no. Based on the test results and the TDF' s structure, characteristic of wave the ideas of wave transmission in rail was proposed to study the mechanism of rail corrugation.
