日本的特别支援教育对我国特殊教育发展的启示

摘　　要：日本特殊教育发展的最新成果——特别支援教育,其水平已处于世界前列。本文总结了日本特别支援教育的产生和发展历程,分析了特别支援教育成功的因素,比较了我国特殊教育与日本特别支援教育的相似性和差距,指出了我国特殊教育应在法律法规完善、加大人力物力和资金投入、落实随班就读政策、扩大特殊教育面向、强化创新等方面重点开展工作。Special support education, the latest achievement of Japanese special education, is a kind of advanced special education in the world. This paper summarizes the appearance and development of Japanese special support education, and analyzes factors that pro- mote special support education success and compares the similarities and the gaps of special education between China and Japan, point- ing out that Chinese special education should focus main attention on improving laws and regulations, increasing manpower and capital investment, enhancing the ability for regular schools to accept the children with disabilities, enlarging special education orientation and strengthening education innovation.
