摘　　要：通过SW O T分析法剖析地方本科院校转型为应用技术型高校的内外因素影响,并针对应对工业4.0时代,提出地方本科院校在转型过程中内部学科专业设置、师资建设、教学方式等方面的建议。This paper gives a SWOT analysis of the internal and external factors that influence the local universities in their transformation into universities of applied science. Aiming at the future Industrial 4.0 era, it gives some suggestions on the discipline and major arrangement, construction of teaching staff and teaching approaches.
