摘 要:以平纹棉织物为基布,用含有氨基和氰基的高分子溶胶无钯活化法使棉织物表面形成活化中心,再对其进行化学镀铜和电镀锡。运用扫描电子显微镜比较观察电镀锡前后的表面形态。研究了电镀锡前后棉织物表面的增重率,并用8099大肠埃氏杆菌对其进行抑菌性检测,结果发现抑菌率与增重率之间存在一定的非线性关系,且抑菌率随增重率的增大呈增大的趋势,增重率最高可达4.53%,抑菌率最高可达96.60%,说明电镀锡棉织物抑菌性有效,满足一定的生产生活需要。The cotton fabric was proceeded electroless copper plating and tin plating using amino and cyano polymer sol containing palladium free activation method to make the fabric surface form the activation center.The surface morphology of the fabric was observed by the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The weight gain rate of the surface of the cotton fabric before and after tin plating was studied.The antibacterial activity was detected with 8099 E.coli.The results showed that there was a certain nonlinear relationship between the inhibition rate and weight gain rate,and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of weight ratio.The weight gain rate was 4.53%,and the inhibition rate was 96.60%.
