摘　　要：为了推进高职院校教风学风问题的自我诊断,文章通过对皖南某一国家骨干高职院校教风学风问题的调查,分别从学生角度和教师角度,运用层次分析法和相关数学软件分析统计数据,从总体评价、教风学风问题、影响因素和问题诊断4个方面分析了教风学风建设,并结合两份调查结果类比分析。根据研究结果,文章给出了针对性的建议与措施,为高职院校教风学风问题的诊断提供了参考依据。In order to find out problems existing in teaching and learning environment in higher vocational colleges, this paper investigates the problems of teaching and learning environment of a national key higher vocational colleges in south Anhui and analyzes the statistical data by using analytic hierarchy process and mathematical software from the perspective of students and teachers respectively. It also analyzes the building of positive teaching and learning environment in such aspects as overall evaluation, problems related to teaching and learning environment, influencing factors and problem diagnosis. Then the results of two surveys are compared and analyzed. According to the research results, this paper provides related suggestions and measures which offer basis of reference for diagnosis of problems existing in teaching and learning environment in higher vocational colleges.
