摘  要:目的分析霍乱疫情暴发的原因,为霍乱防控工作提供科学依据,及时有效处置疫情,减少霍乱疫情的暴发,保障人民身体健康。方法参照《霍乱防治手册》(第6版)标准检验,采用描述性分析对霍乱疫情进行流行病学调查与实验室检验结果分析。结果此次疫情从聚餐的同批次甲鱼、牛蛙活体样本中检出7份O139群霍乱弧菌阳性标本,阳性率为4.14%(7/169),1份餐具涂抹样本为阳性,阳性率为4.35%(1/23)。暴露人口653人,发病6人,罹患率为0.92%,带菌者28人,感染率为4.29%,未出现死亡病人。结论这次疫情为食源性霍乱疫情暴发,建议相关部门加强对农村集体聚餐的卫生监督与管理,加强对水产品市场的日常监管和检测。Objective To analyze the factors of cholera outbreak,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of cholera outbreak,deal with epidemic timely and effectively,and reduce cholera outbreak and protect people's health.Methods Referring to The Cholera Prevention Manual(Sixth Edition),to descriptively analyze the epidemiological investigation and laboratory results.Results 7 cases of O139 Vibrio cholera were detected from live specimens of turtles,bullfrogs in the same batch in dinner,with the positive rate of 4.14%(7/169),1 smearing tableware was positive,the positive rate was 4.35%(1/23).635 people were exposed,6 people were under pathogenesis,the morbidity rate was 0.92%,28 people were carriers,and the infection rate was 4.29% without deaths.Conclusion The outbreak of cholera was food-borne,it suggested the relevant departments strengthen the health supervision and management of the rural collective dinner,and strengthen daily supervision and inspection of the aquatic market.
