摘  要:目的探讨基于微视频与传统教学模式相结合的护理本科生职业防护课程教学设计与应用效果。方法选取《基础护理学》第五章第二节"护士的职业防护"作为教学改革内容,构建基于微视频与传统教学模式相结合的教学改革方案并应用于教学中;以遵义医学院2014级护理本科生54人作为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷表,从学生对学习活动与合作交流方式及学习效果等方面评价其实施效果。结果基于微视频的在线教学结合传统教学模式有助于学生对基础知识、实践操作技能的掌握,有助于提高学生自主学习能力及分析、解决问题的能力。结论基于微视频的在线教学结合传统教学模式可促进学生学习活动与合作交流,提高学习效果。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of using micro video onhne teaching combined with traditional teach- ing in the teaching of nursing protection. Methods Selected the 2 quarter of chapter 5 of the nurse's occupational protection as the teaching reform content. Build the teaching mode which based on the micro video combining with the traditional teaching and applied to the teaching. A total of 54 nursing undergraduates form the affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical college were investigated by self-made questionnaire. Evaluated the application effect from the learning activities and co- operation and communication and effect on the study. Results Based on micro video online teaching combined with the tra- ditional teaching mode can help students grasp of the basic knowledge and practical skills, improve students" autonomous learning ability and the solving skills of problem. Conclusion Based on micro video online teaching combined with the tra- ditional teaching mode can effectively promote students" learning activity and the ability to communicate, and improve the effect of learning.
