摘  要:摘要针对某载重汽车车轮常见的疲劳失效问题,以基本型车轮为基础,对车轮的通风孔数量和轮辐横断面轮廓进行了优化。采用三维有限元软件Abaqus对不同方案下的车轮进行3D建模以及对车轮在弯曲载荷和径向载荷作用下的应力一应变分布进行模拟计算,结合Brown—Miller双轴疲劳模型,获得了不同方案下各车轮的疲劳寿命指数的分布云图。对比研究结果表明,对轮辐横断面进行优化后,体积增加2.4%,弯曲载荷疲劳寿命指数提高了73.8%,径向载荷疲劳寿命指数提高了289%。Aimed at the common fatigue failure problems, optimized designs to the vent-hole-changed and profile-modified were proposed based on the typical track wheel structure design. The 3D finite element software Abaqus was adopted to build 3D modeling of wheels under different plans and simulate the wheel's stress and strain distributions with the effects of bending loads and radial loads. Combind the Brown- Miller biaxial fatigue model, the spreading contours of wheel fatigue life indexes were obtained. Compared with the research results, it was shown that the volume was increased by 2.4% with the shape-optimization of wheel profile and indexes of bending fatigue life and the radial fatigue life were raised 73.9% and 289% , respectively.
