高校教师主观幸福感相关研究

摘　　要：为研究高校教师主观幸福感,对某省三所大学200名教师进行调查,采用主观幸福感量表对高校教师主观幸福感差异进行分析。结果显示,不同性别、不同年龄段、不同工作年限的教师在精力这一指标上存在显著差异,不同学历的教师在生活满意度及兴趣这两个指标上存在显著差异,而婚姻情况对主观幸福感总分及其他方面不存在显著差异。In order to study the subjective well-being of university teachers,this paper makes an investigation of 200 teachers in three universities,and analyzes the difference of subjective well-being of university teachers by using subjective well-being scale. The results shows that the teachers with different genders,different ages,different years of working in the index of energy,there is a significant difference. The index of teachers with different education background in life satisfaction and interest also has a significant difference but marital status of subjective well-being sense scores,and other aspects do not exist significant differences.
