摘　　要：基于网络结构的小微企业管理团队社会资本评价指标体系和评价方法,对民营小微企业管理团队的团队互动程度、联系程度、网络权力、派系分化、网络规模等社会资本内容进行评价。通过评价和团队特征的聚类分析,归纳出不同团队的特征,为小微企业管理团队制定决策和资源分配等提供理论依据和支持。Based on the small and micro business management teams of social evaluation index system and evaluation methods ot capital network structure, the degree of team interaction of private small and micro enterprise management team, contact degree of net- work power, factions differentiation, size of network and other social capital content was evaluated. By clustering evaluation team and analysis of the characteristics, summed up the characteristics of different teams, decision-making and resource allocation to small and micro enterprises management team provide a theoretical basis and support.
