精准医疗浪潮下病理医师继续教育及分子病理医师培养模式探讨

摘　　要：精准医疗是以个体化医疗为基础,联合最新分子遗传学检测技术发展而来,精准诊断是精准医疗的重要保证。在精准医疗时代,病理医师起着不可替代的作用。文章针对分子病理医师的培养模式提出参考性意见,解急之策为通过网络、讲座或联合培养等方式对在职病理医师进行培训,以尽快提高其理论水平;长远发展来看,改变传统培养模式,增加分子病理学相关课程,严格考核制度,逐步实现亚专科培养,从而对精准医疗的临床实践提供应有的保障。Precision medicine is developed with medical treatment to the individual characteristics of each patient,combining with the latest molecular genetic testing technology,which accurate diagnosis is an important guarantee.In the era of precision medicine,pathology residents play a necessitous and irreplaceable role.This paper mainly discusses some measures for cultivating the molecular pathology residents′ ability.There are a few measures：urgently,in-service pathologists had better to train through the network,lectures or joint training,such as to improve their theoretical level as soon as possible.From long-term development perspective,it is better to change traditional education mode,increase the molecular pathology course,strict appraisal system,and gradually achieve the specialization culture.The aim is better to serve for the clinic.
