“中国智造”大潮下独立学院引入CDIO的需求分析

摘　　要：文章阐述了中国智造的现状、后发潜力、发展愿景、突破方向、重点发展领域及相应人才需求,指出CDIO可以助力中国智造亟需的"智造人才"的培养,介绍了独立学院与CDIO的基本情况。然后分别从宏观、中观、微观三个层面以及多个不同角度,详细分析了中国智造大潮下独立学院为培养相关人才,对CDIO的多层次、多角度的需求。最后简要指明中国智造大潮下的独立学院与CDIO,正在形成良性互动。This paper elaborates the present situation, future development potential, development vision, breakthrough direction, key development field and relevant talent demand of intelligent manufacturing in China, points out that CDIO can help to train intelligent talents needed by intelligent manufacturing in China and introduces the basic situation of CDIO and the independent college. Then, it provides specific analysis of multilevel and multiprospective demand of independent colleges to CDIO for training relevant talents under the tides of Chinese intelligent manufacturing from perspective of macro-view, medium-view and micro-view and different angles. Finally, it indicates briefly that the independent colleges and CDIO is forming benign interaction.
