摘  要:现代学徒制试点以学徒为核心,对接就业岗位,实施教学模式与方法改革。文章探讨了现代学徒制建设中如何通过加强师资队伍的培养,提高教学质量水平。我们应把握现代学徒制试点机遇,建立校企联合招生、联合培养、一体化育人的长效机制,完善学徒培养的教学文件、管理制度及相关标准,推进专兼结合、校企互聘互用的"双师型"师资队伍建设。Modern apprenticeship system experimental unit takes apprentice as the core, connects jons anu implements teaching mode and method reform. The paper explores how to improve teaching quality by strengthening the teacher team training during the construction of modern apprenticeship system. We should grasp the opportunity of modem apprenticeship system experimental unit to establish the long-term mechanism of combined enrollment, joint training and integrated education between schools and enterprises, perfect the teaching files, management systems and related standards of apprentice training and build the double-quality teacher team by employing both full-time and part-time teachers and recruiting each other between schools and enterprises.
