护士继续教育现状及需求分析

摘　　要：目的继续护理教育是体现护理专业特色,保持护理从业人员知识与技能储备的重要途径。强制性的继续护理教育为护理工作的展开起到了一定的积极作用,本文以了解当前继续护理教育的效果,发现继续教育发展中存在的问题,并探索相应对策。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选择北京市10所医院,对150名护士以发放调查问卷的方式展开调查。结果护士对于目前的继续教育现状比较满意,能够理解继续教育对临床工作的意义,但目前的继续教育也存在着内容陈旧,形式单一等问题。结论护理继续教育应探索更适合临床护理实践的个性化课程设计,医院管理者应积极支持护士接受继续教育,并通过弹性安排工作时间,提供相关信息等方式切实保证护士参与继续教育。Objective The continue nursing education is important in improving nurses＇ role, and keeping nurses＇ advanced knowledge and skill. The conventional way of the continue education helps to further develop nurses＇ role. In this research, we investigated the result of present nurse continue education, tried to figure out the problems that nurses faced in progressing their education, and discussed the way to resolve this problems. Methods We chose 10 hospitals in Beijing randomly, in which 150 nurses were selected to finish our questionnaire. Results Nurses were quite satisfied with present continuing education strategy, but felt some of the content was out of dated, and the way of continuing education was less flexible. Conclusion It is important to investigate new ways of education strategy, which should be nurse-focused. And hospital manager should play a more important role in supporting nursing education, not only arranging the flexible working time to facilitate education, but also provide the necessary information to ensure nurse＇s involvement in continuing education.
