摘　　要：描述了广州中医药大学第一附属医院从2010年起开始成立中医专科医师规范化培训基地质量体系构建情况,建立了包括基本条件、培训管理、师资管理、培训工作的实施以及考核等影响培训质量的管理体系,并不断进行改进,形成了较为完善的培训管理体系,以使得培训质量不断提升。The paper describe the quality system construction of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine from 2010 onwards began to established the base of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine specialist, includ-ing the establishment of basic conditions, training management, teacher management, training implementation and evaluation which affected the quality of the training management system, and continuoued improvement, formed a relatively perfect training manage-ment system to continuously improve the quality of training.
