摘 要:目的探讨病案讨论教学法在中医儿科教学中的应用效果。方法以班级为单位将我校2012级中医学专业1、2班学生分为两组,选取1班学生为观察组,采用病案讨论教学法实施教学,选取2班学生为对照组,采用传统授课方式实施教学,对比两种不同教学方式的教学效果。结果观察组学生的理论成绩及病案分析成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生学习兴趣、中医辨证能力、查阅文献能力及临床思维能力培养等主观问卷评价结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在中医儿科教学中采用病案讨论教学法进行授课可显著提高教学质量,效果明显,可在医学院校进行推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of case discussion teaching method in the teaching of pediatrics of tradi-tional Chinese medicine. Methods Taking the class as a unit, students in class one and two of grade 2012 of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into two groups. Students in clsaa one were selected as the observation group, which implementate case discus-sion teaching method. Students in class two were selected as the control group which used the traditional teaching methods. The teaching effect of two different teaching methods was compared. Results Theoretical results and case analysis results of the observa-tion were significantly better than that of the group control group( P〈0.05). Students' interest in learning, TCM literature evaluation ability, clinical thinking ability and subjective questionnaire of the observation group were significantly better than those of the con-trol group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of Pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine, the case discussion teaching can im-prove the teaching quality and teaching effect, and can be used widely in medical colleges.
