中医院校医学综合设计实验课程的探索与实施

摘　　要：以"葛花解酒汤对小鼠醉酒模型解酒护肝作用研究"实验项目为例,就中医院校医学综合设计实验课程的教学过程、教学方法、信息反馈和教学体会等方面进行了总结讨论。医学综合设计实验课程的开设,不仅有利于提高学生的自主学习兴趣,培养其实践操作能力、创新思维能力及团队合作精神,也对教师专业知识和实验技能提出了更高的要求,有效推动了医学实验教学改革的实施。The teaching methods, implementation process, information feedback and teaching experience of Synthetic and Designed Experiment for Medicine have been summarized and discussed by taking ＂study on the protective effect of pueraria flower liquor-re-solving decoction on intoxication of mice＂ as an example. The course of Synthetic and Designed Experiment for Medicine has not only effectively developed the students＇ interest, performance ability, innovation thinking and team work spirit, but also promoted the teachers to improve their professional knowledge and experimental skills, which deepen the experimental teaching reform.
