摘　　要：开展精品课程的评选与建设工作,是国家改善高等教育教学质量的一项重要举措。项目组结合精品课程的建设内涵与中医药"技能型"的人才培养目标,对国家级精品课程推拿手法学的教学团队、教学方案、教学方法、教学条件、教材使用等方面进行了改革与建设,通过提高教师学历层次、完善团队梯队建设、注重团队学术发展、调整理论课时与实训课时比例、实行"三段五式"教学法和"1+3的考核模式"、改善教学条件、积极主编参编规划教材等方法,使得课程建设水平登上新台阶,为其他课程的建设起到积极的促进作用。The selection and construction of excellent courses is an important measure to improve the teaching quality of higher edu- cation. Combining the connotation of the construction of excellent courses and the skilled talent training objectives of Chinese medicine, the team carried out the reform and construction of teaching team, teaching programs, teaching methods, teaching condi- tions, teaching materials of the course of Science of Tuina Manipulations. By improving the teachers＇ education level and the team echelon construction, promoting the development of academic, adjusting proportion of theoretics teaching and practicing teaching, ear- rying out new teaching methods and evaluation model, improving the teaching conditions, compiling textbooks, the team improved the level of construction of excellent courses and promoted the development of other courses.
