摘  要:养老服务业对职业人才的需求日益增加,然而养老服务职业教育受"惯习思维"局限,未能有效将产业需求信息转化为知识语言,导致职业人才与市场需求契合度不高。职业教育与多个利益相关者有关,通过对高校、企业、社会组织等不同层面的访谈,明确提出基于能力、质量、标准互构的建设路径,通过"行业学院"模式的运行,形成集"孵化、输出、跟踪、评估"于一体的立体化的养老职业教育机制。There are increased demands for professional talents in the elderly-care industry. However, due to the limitation of traditional thinking, the vocational education of elderly-care service has failed to effectively translate the industry demands into language knowledge, which has led to the large discrepancies between professional talents and the industry demands. Vocational education is related to many stakeholders, and through the interviews with different colleges, enterprises and social organizations, this paper proposes the development path based on the mutual construction of ability, quality, and standard, and vocational education mechanism based on "incubation, output, tracking, evaluation" from the operation of "professional college" mode.
