摘 要:为了研究硝酸钠和水杨酸对雨生红球藻累积虾青素的影响,选用FACHB-874为试验藻株,以SE培养基为基础培养基,分别设置了0、0.125g/L、0.25g/L、0.375g/L和0.5 g/L五个硝酸钠浓度梯度以及0、3mg/L、6mg/L、9mg/L和12 mg/L五个水杨酸浓度梯度,静置培养(25℃、3500lux),每隔7天测定一次各个处理组的虾青素含量。结果表明,硝酸钠浓度为0.125g/L的处理组比对照组提前7天进入虾青素的快速累积时期。在一定浓度范围(0.125~0.5g/L)内,虾青素的总产量无明显差异。在水杨酸诱导的试验中,浓度为12mg/L最为明显,在第28天,该样品虾青素含量达到24.73mg/L,比对照组提高了95.65%。因此,在生产环节中,可选用0.125 g/L的硝酸钠或12 mg/L的水杨酸作为胁迫条件。We studied the effect of sodium nitrate and salicylic acid on Astaxanthin accumulation of alga Haematococcus pluvialis. Haematococcus pluvialis FACHB- 874 was cultured in SE media with five different concentrations of sodium nitrate or salicylic acid (25℃. 35001ux) respectively. The Astaxanthin content was determined every 7 days. The result showed that Astaxanthin reached to its accumulation period 7 days faster than the control when using sodium nitrate of 0.125 g/L for pretreatment. There were no obvious differences of Astaxanthin in Haematococcus pluvialis cultured with sodium nitrate in certain range (0.125 - 0.5 g/L) . Result also showed that the Astaxanthin accumulation was promoted remarkably in Haematococcus pluvialis cultured with 12 mgl/L salicylic acid, which Astaxanthin content reached to 24.73mg/L, 95.65% higher than that of controls after culturing for 28 days. Therefore, 0.125 g/L sodium nitrate or 12 mg/L of salicylic acid can be applied in Haematococcus pluvialis culture to produce Astaxanthin.
