摘 要:根据医教协同文件精神,分析了院校教育阶段医教协同的高等医学院校、卫生主管部门、教育主管部门、临床教学基地4个主体要素及其功能定位,分析了医教协同机制中的动力机制、投入机制、激励机制和协调机制构成,从办学定位彰显、临床能力培养保障和人文素质教育实效等方面探讨了医教协同的效应体现.According to the spirit of cooperation of medical education,this paper analyzes four main factors and their functions of the medical colleges and universities with collaborative medical education,the government departments of health,the government departments of education,the clinical teaching bases and so on at the educational stage of colleges and universities.It also analyzes the dynamic mechanism,the input mechanism,the incentive mechanism and the construction of coordination mechanism and discusses the effect embodiment of the collaboration of medical education in terms of the orientation of running school,the cultivation of clinical ability and effectiveness of humanistic quality education,etc.
