摘　　要：通过调查天津医科大学实验教学教师队伍的现状,分析医学院校实验教学队伍建设与发展中存在的主要问题及其成因,初步探讨在新的医学人才培养模式下如何改善实验教学队伍发展的内外环境,有效加强实验教学队伍建设,从而提高医学人才实践能力和创新能力的培养.Take Tianjin Medical University as example and investigate and analyze the current situation of medical school experimental teaching team,find out the main problems existing in the construction and development of medical school experimental teaching team and analyze the cause of formation,and explore preliminary how to improve the inner and exterior environment of experimental teaching team development under the new medical talents training mode,strengthen the experimental teaching team construction effectively,so as to improve the practice and innovating ability for medical talents.
