摘　　要：地方医学院校承担了培养医疗卫生工作者的重要任务.桂林医学院通过实施“卓越医生教育培养计划”,以点带面,创新人才培养模式,践行“医学与人文融通”办学理念,积极开展“以学生为中心”和“促进自主学习”为主要内容的教育方式和教学方法改革,加强学生实践能力培养,强化英语能力,改革评价体系,努力培养高素质医学人才,取得了较好的成效.Regional medical colleges have taken up the main task of training large number of medical and health workers.Guilin Medical University is to innovate the pattern of talented personnel training through the implementation of ＂an educating and training program for outstanding doctors＂and the application of the educational philosophy of fostering the use of the humanities,social sciences,and the arts as a lens for examining issues in health,medicine,and healing.Based on the student-oriented concept,educational reforms in the fields of educational modes,teaching methods and evaluation systems are carried out actively to promote students＇ self-initiated learning,to empower their practice,to strengthen their foreign language capability,and ultimately to achieve the goals of becoming high quality medical personnel.All these measures have achieved good achievements.
