摘　　要：全日制公共卫生硕士（masters of public health,MPH）专业学位研究生教育对公共卫生领域的人才培养和人才梯队建设具有重要的作用.通过查阅文献结合笔者攻读和管理全日制公共卫生硕士专业学位研究生（以下简称全日制MPH研究生）的经历,从培养对象的视角,就我国全日制MPH研究生的生源、入学方式、课程设置、公共卫生实践、考核及就业现状等进行分析,并提出适当的思考与优化建议,以更好更快地培养高质量、综合型应对公共卫生突发事件的卫生人才.The full-time masters of public health make a different on personnel training and human resources construction for public health area.Through the literature review and experience on studying and management in full-time masters of public health,analyze the source of students,recruitment model,curriculum,public health practice and employment situation from the perspectives of students.Finally,give agreeable advice and suggestions for our future full-time master of public health,which will help to cultivate high-quality,comprehensive public health talents faster and better in China.
