基于西门子PLC的OPC技术在实验教学中的应用

摘　　要：针对现有的PLC实物实验装置投入成本高、维护工作量大等问题,将OPC技术引入到PLC实物实验教学中,以"三相异步电动机变频调速监控系统设计实验"为例,构建OPC Server、客户端,通过OPC Server,客户端可与PLC进行实时通信。实践表明:借助该技术组织PLC实验教学,可实现多用户共享一套被控对象,操作简单、方便,维护成本低。According to the problems of the PLC experimental device,such as high investment costs maintenance workload and other issues,the OPC technology was Introduced into the PLC physical experiment teaching,OPC Server and client was established by ″Three-phase induction motor frequency control monitoring system″ for example.the client can communicate in real time with the PLC through OPC Server,Research shows that this technology enables organizations PLC experimental teaching,enabling multiple users to share a controlled object,simple,easy,low maintenance costs.
