摘  要:高等教育自学考试是最具中国特色的教育形式,是我国教育改革的伟大创举。在过去的30多年里,自考对于拓宽高等教育办学渠道、丰富办学形式,加快推进高等教育大众化发挥了无可替代的作用。但是,随着高等教育后大众化时代的到来,社会对教育的需求发生了根本变化,自考面临着前所未有的危机,规模快速滑坡,效益持续走低,风险不断加大,管理与创新能力明显弱化。新常态下,自考要以供给侧改革为突破口,以构建终身教育体系和人才成长立交桥为根本目标,通过调结构、夯基础、扬长项、补短板,实现自考的创新、转型与发展。Self- Taught Examination is an education form which has the typical Chinese characteristic,it is a great creation of education reform in China.In the past 30 years,Self- Taught Examination plays an irreplaceable role in extending the school channels of higher education,enriching the running forms of education,accelerating the Popularization of Higher Education.However,with the coming of the popularization of higher education,there is a fundamental change in the demand for education,Self- Taught Examination facing an unprecedented crisis,such as fast scale landslide,continued low benefit,increasing risk,and management and innovation ability significantly weakened.Under the new normal,Self- Taught Examination should take construction of lifelong education system and talent growth overpass as a fundamental goal,and use supply side reform as the breakthrough point to achieve innovation and transformation,by means of the structural adjustment,tamping the foundation,making best use of die advantages and bypassing the disadvantages.
