摘　　要："三位一体"综合评价招生改革是浙江省首创的一项高校招生模式改革,该项改革围绕科学选才和公平选才两条主线进行了严密的制度设计,由高校依据考生高中学考、综合素质评价和统一高考三方面成绩,通过材料评审、综合测评、合成综合成绩等"三次遴选"进行综合评价择优录取,并建立了确保公平的"四个机制"和"四个制度"。不同高校结合自身办学定位和专业培养目标,开展了富有特色的主动探索和积极实践。为深化完善改革,需抓住"综合评价"这个核心灵魂,同时增强制度的延展性、包容度和可操作性,合理控制招生规模,并持之以恒地完善方法,以实现改革的持续健康发展。The ＂three-in-on＂ admission reform is put into practice as a pilot project in Zhejiang Province.This reform has a rigorous system design on scientific enrollment,in which students are comprehensivelly evaluated on the results of the high school achievement test,comprehensive quality evaluation and college entrance examination.It establishes four mechanisms and four systems to ensure the fairness of admission as well.Experimental colleges carry out a series of creative explorations and practices according to their own school-running orientation and professional training objectives.To achieve sustainable development,it has to capture the soul of comprehensive evaluation,enhance the system＇s containing and operability,control a reasonable scale and improve the method constantly.
