摘　　要：为了不断提高医学信息学教育水平、促进医学信息学学科建设和发展,本文运用教育生态学的基本原理,对当前医学信息学教育的微观生态环境进行了分析,针对医学信息学教育所面临的机遇和挑战,构建了面向医学院校本科生的医学信息学理论与实践课程.In order to improve education level of medical informatics and promote its sustainable development,the current microecological environment of medical informatics was analyzed under the basic principles of educational ecology,and a new course of theory and practice of medical informatics was constructed in view of the opportunities and challenges faced by medical informatics education for medical students.
