工科院校新生心理健康研究——以淮阴工学院为例

摘　　要：采用整群抽样方式,抽取淮阴工学院2011~2014级16793名大学新生,通过UPI心理量表对大学新生的心理健康水平进行比较,调查结果表明：新生心理健康水平总体较高,但不同年级之间有差异;男生心理健康水平低于女生;文理科学生的心理健康水平高于工科学生;新生心理健康问题在适应、人际和学习方面更为突出。针对调查结果,提出要做好新生入学心理健康教育工作,需加强工科院校男生心理健康教育,注重因材施教、因势利导,重视学生突出心理问题的疏导,提升新生的心理健康水平。The mental health of 16793 freshmen who studied in HYIT from 2011 to 2014 was analyzed by the cluster sampling method and using the UPI mental scale. The conclusions are： 1） the level of freshmen’s mental health is generally high but there are some differences between different grades; 2） the mental health of male students is at a lower level than that of female students; 3） students in arts and science are doing better than engineering students in terms of their mental health; 4） mental health problems are more prominent among freshmen in their adaptation to the new situation,their interpersonal relations and their studies. Accordingly,I propose that a more relevant mental health education of freshmen requires more attention to the mental health education of male students in engineering colleges on one hand and to the psychological counseling for outstanding problems on the other,so that the mental health of freshmen could be improved.
