甲状腺相关眼病患者和正常人眼眶脂肪组织中脂肪特异性磷脂酶A2的表达

摘　　要：目的测量甲状腺相关眼病患者和正常人眼眶脂肪组织中脂肪特异性磷脂酶A2(adipose-specific phospholipase A2,Ad PLA)的表达水平。方法用实时定量聚合酶链反应定量检测3例甲状腺相关眼病患者和4例正常人眼眶脂肪组织的Ad PLA mRNA的表达水平。结果甲状腺相关眼病患者眼眶脂肪组织中Ad PLA mRNA的表达量为0.088 82±0.013 91(中位数0.822 00),正常人眼眶脂肪组织中Ad PLA mRNA的表达量为0.012 19±0.051 29(中位数0.008 76),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Ad PLA mRNA在甲状腺相关眼病患者和正常人眼眶脂肪组织中均有表达,而且甲状腺相关眼病患者的表达量明显高于正常人。Objective To detect the expression level of adipose-specific phospholipase A2 （AdPLA） in orbital adipose tissue of patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy （TAO） and the normal. Methods Using real time PCR, AdPLA mRNA was detected from orbital fat samples of 3 patients with TAO and 4 normal persons. Results The average expression level of AdPLA mRNA in patients with TAO was 0. 088 82 ±0.013 91 （median 0. 822 00） ,in normal person was 0.012 19 ±0.051 29 （median 0. 008 76 ）, and there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion AdPLA mRNA is expressed in orbital adipose tissue of patients with TAO and the normal, and much more in patients with TAO than in the normal.
