纳豆银杏紫苏软胶囊辅助降血脂动物试验研究

摘　　要：考察含有纳豆激酶、银杏叶提取物、紫苏籽油的复配物对饮食性高脂血症小鼠的辅助降血脂功效。方法:分别以166.5mg/kg、333.0mg/kg和666.0mg/kg(分别相当于人体推荐用量的5、10、20倍)剂量的纳豆银杏紫苏软胶囊给高脂饲料喂饲的大鼠连续灌胃30d。结果:样品对实验大鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量和体重增长无明显影响,但能显著降低大鼠的甘油三酯(TG)和血清总胆固醇(TC)含量。结论:纳豆银杏紫苏复配物具有辅助降血脂功效。This study aims to evaluate the assistant hypolipidemic effects of mixture products of nattokinase,ginkgo biloba extract and Perilla Seed Oil by animal experimental study.166.5mg/kg,333.0mg/kg and 666.0mg/kg of natto ginkgo perilla seed soft capsules（equal to 5,10 and 20folds of human recommended dose）were continuously gavaged for 30 days to high fat feed rats.The results show that the product had no significant effect on the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL C）and the rats body weight increasing.However,it decreased the serum triglyceride（TG）and total cholesterol（TC）significantly.Based on the results,it concludes that the natto ginkgo perilla seed soft capsules had the assistant hypolipidemic effects.
